What size of development do you typically work on?
We work across a wide range of scales, from individual show home gardens and small infill sites through to large strategic residential developments of 300+ units. Our processes are built to flex to the size and complexity of the project.
Do you only work in Scotland?
No, while a significant part of our work is based in Scotland, we operate across the UK and are happy to discuss projects anywhere in the country. Get in touch and we can talk through what's involved.
How quickly can you turn around design revisions?
We're built for the pace of residential development. For condition discharge applications and design revisions, we typically turn these around within 24-48 hours, depending on complexity. We'll always give you a clear timeline upfront.
Can you review designs prepared by another consultant?
Yes, this is a core part of our Cost Consulting service. We are experienced in reviewing landscape designs and tender documentation prepared by other consultants to identify value engineering opportunities and cost risks before procurement.
At what stage should we bring you in?
The earlier the better, early involvement allows us to influence the design in ways that save money and avoid problems down the line. That said, we're also experienced at joining projects already underway and reviewing or redrawing schemes originally prepared by others.
